- Designing, reviewing, vetting through drawings, liaising withe the architect for project requirements, endorsing, certifying & submitting all drawings/documents generated which are all required for submission and approval by the authorities.
- Issuing progress payment certificate for the CEI installations.
- Arranging for and witnessing all commissioning test.
- Arranging for the proper handling over of the project to the owners.
